  • Byosal consists of sachets of active dry yeast and a complex yeast nutrient, suitable for fermenting 1 hL of wort.

    Application:
    - BYOSAL is particularly suitable for fermenting small quantities of wort;
    - The combination of active dry yeast and yeast nutrient enables rapid and complete fermentation of all types of wort;
    - The individual doses for 1 hL prevent product wastage and ensure reliable results.

    Instructions for use:
    - Disperse the contents of sachet no. 1 (active dry yeast) in a small quantity of warm water (30-35 ºC);
    - Mix gently to avoid the formation of lumps;
    - Wait 15-20 minutes and add to the must together with the contents of sachet no. 2 (yeast nutrient), previously dissolved in a small quantity of water or must.

    Product approved for oenological use in accordance with:
    - EC Regulation 606/2009
