We accept various payment methods, including multibanco reference, MB WAY, PayPal, debit/credit cards, and three installments without interest through Klarna. 3.3. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid promptly.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

4.1. We offer nationwide shipping with competitive rates. 4.2. Orders can be tracked using a tracking code provided after shipment confirmation. 4.3. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the merchandise has arrived intact at the time of delivery and to record any damage on the CMR for a claim with the carrier.

5.1. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition. 5.2. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or shipping error.
